Loneliness Breeds Belief in Supernatural
Author: evilbunnee / On: Thursday 07 February 2008 - 18:09:19 Read/Post Comment: 2 ::
"People who feel lonely are more likely to believe in the supernatural, whether that is God, angels or miracles, a new study finds.

Humans have evolved as social creatures, so loneliness cuts to the quick. Living in groups was critical to the survival and safety of our ancient ancestors, and "complete isolation or ostracism has been tantamount to a death sentence," said University of Chicago researcher Nicholas Epley, who led the study. "

Dead Science Show
Author: evilbunnee / On: Thursday 07 February 2008 - 16:03:54 Read/Post Comment: 1 ::
If you are interested in all things involving death and what comes after, I highly suggest checking out the Dead Science Internet Show. Hosted by Rob Fitzgerald, this show covers everything from executions, to technology, to all things paranormal. The most recent show, show 36, was all about the controversial subject of "Ghost Boxes" or "Frank's Boxes", and whether or not they really work.

I highly suggest checking this show out.

You can find the Dead Science Internet show over in the links area, under podcasts, or CLICK HERE.

Best Ghost Photos Online Now
Author: evilbunnee / On: Monday 05 November 2007 - 01:01:06 Read/Post Comment: 1 ::
If you haven't been to http://www.ghoststudy.com, October is a good month to go, because their monthly ghost photo gallery is outstanding. There are some very convincing photos this month. A new one was posted entitled "Ghost in Broad Daylight" that is particularly good.

I'll be having my 3rd annual Ghost Photo Hunt here in England next Wednesday. If I capture anything interesting, I'll be sure to post it! If anybody else captures anything, let us know!

Happy Halloween!!

Author: evilbunnee / On: Friday 20 July 2007 - 22:56:53 Read/Post Comment: 1 ::
I found this article over at C-net's news.com. Even though it is a lot of info we have all read before, it was still an interesting read.

"When Sharon Leong conducts field work, she packs a digital camera, a thermometer and an electromagnetic field meter. She isn't a private detective or an electrician. Leong, a legal secretary by day, is an avid ghost hunter by night."

Interesting Ghost Video
Author: evilbunnee / On: Tuesday 17 July 2007 - 06:04:58 Read/Post Comment: 2 ::

I found this over at My Paranormal Life. This is a really interesting video, of what looks like a kid walking by the camera. Of course, with the compression from YouTube, it is not the cleanest video in the world, but it is still interesting nonetheless.

Head to the forums and discuss what you think!

New Advertiser!
Author: evilbunnee / On: Saturday 27 January 2007 - 10:48:53 Read/Post Comment: 2 ::
Yes, I know, no one likes advertising all over web sites. However, this is my plan: I only plan on having one banner location, and it will be at the bottom of the menu down the left site of the main page, and it will be nice and small. This will give people an opportunity to check out things that I am interested in.

So, now, to announce the new advertiser: Ghost Research Society Press! The Ghost Research Society is ran by Dale Kaczmarek, was created in 1977, and have done a lot for the field of research into the paranormal. Mr. Kaczmarek has written several very informative books, and this is where you can buy them!

So, if you are interested in any of his books, feel free to check them out here!

Thank you for your support!

Thats right, we have hit 400 links! Thank you again goes out to all who have joined, submitted and given input. It is very much appreciated. In the time it has taken to get the last 100 links entered, my family has grown by one, so i have been fairly busy making sure the wife isn't getting overrun with all three of us guys ganging up on her! :-)

Anyhow, hopefully it won't be long before we hit the next mile marker, 500.
Thank you all again, and as usual, if you have any links, suggestions, or comments, please feel free to use the submission form, or email me at -email-.

The National Ghost Hunters Getaway, Jan. 27-28, 2007
Author: evilbunnee / On: Wednesday 20 December 2006 - 12:50:21 Read/Post Comment: 5 ::
"Join professional, amateur hunters and just plain ghost lovers as they investigate the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. This magnificent Hotel was the inspiration to Stephen King’s “The Shining” and he himself spent time there developing his horrific nightmare, that we still enjoy today. Granted the spirits in his award winning book are more on the devilish side. The hotel does house some of the less life threatening spooks and has possibly done so shortly after its opening in 1909. This amazing structure offers the ghost hunters a late night investigation as we venture into it’s darkened halls and closed down facilities. The night may hold an eerie silent chill, but who’s to say some spirits are just dying to speak to an unsuspecting ghost hunter. So spend the weekend learning what other ghost hunters do, collecting evidence, sharing your findings or just make new paranormal friends as we investigate the ghosts of Haunted Stanley Hotel.

Tickets for this event are $35 per person.

Rooms are $99 a night (double occupancy) for this special event.
So please remember to let them know you are with the Ghost Hunters Getaway.

You will be responsible for your our own travel and hotel arrangements.

More details and event are being scheduled, so please feel free to contact AGHOST at

Phone: 253 203-4383 or -email-"

Certainly a beautiful location, and perhaps a good way to introduce yourself to ghost hunting and investigating.

James Kim Found Deceased
Author: evilbunnee / On: Wednesday 06 December 2006 - 16:01:46 Read/Post Comment: 6 ::
Even though this is not paranormal news, anyone who is a tech-head as much as myself will know what this is all about. James Kim, one of the editors for cnet.com, as well as one of the co-hosts for one of their video podcasts, was found deceased today at age 35. He was a really great guy, and even though I only got to trade emails with him once, he seemed like a really great guy. He sacrificed everything for his family, and as far as I am concerned, is a true hero. We will miss you, James. Much love and good vibes need to be sent to his family, Kati, Penelope, and Sabine. Read more of the story here.
